Jamie Ringer secures hat trick of wins at Mini Challenge Clubsport season finale

The final racing weekend of the Mini Challenge Clubsport 2025 season was a battle between Jamie Ringer, Oli Willmott, Andy Langley and Freddie Hewitt, but it was Ringer who came out of the weekend victorious.
He secured all three race wins on the Silverstone International layout – where every driver on the grid was racing on Davanti’s Protoura Race tyres – despite tough competition from Hewitt and Willmott, who wrapped up the title in the R56 class.
It was a positive start for Ringer from the outset of race one, as he flew off the starting line to quickly take the lead. But Willmott and Hewitt weren’t making it easy for him, and despite a slow start for Langley, he was also on Ringer’s tail on lap seven. However, Ringer managed to reclaim the lead from Hewitt three laps from the end to secure top of the podium.
Starting in pole position for race two, Ringer maintained the lead in lap one before an error saw him run wide heading into the Hangar Straight, giving Hewitt, Willmott and Langley the chance to get ahead. Despite this, Ringer regained the lead to take his second victory of the weekend.
It was an equally successful performance in the final race for Ringer, as despite Willmott and Hewitt getting ahead on the opening two laps, he once again climbed his way back to the top spot, leaving Willmott and Hewitt to take the remaining podium places. Langley took R53 honours in fourth.
Elsewhere on the track, Daniel Truman was crowned champion in the Coopers, despite a mechanical DNF in race one due to engine failure. He bounced back for race three with a repaired car to take first place from rival Chris Aram.
