The Davanti name is becoming more recognisable across the Asian market, as part of our continued hard work to establish the brand reputation there and increase market share. With a far-reaching marketing campaign underway led by our exclusive Japanese partner Autoway – which includes social media activity and extensive media relations – Davanti is now making its mark in Japan.
Since the new year, we have featured in two key Japanese publications – Kuruma News and Web Cartop – raising awareness of our products to consumers.
The Kuruma News article gave a detailed overview of Protoura Sport from journalist Koichiro Okamoto. Okamoto discusses Protoura Sport’s testing, key performance features including appearance, tread design and price. The article received more than 61,000 page views and supported sales growth, having led to an uplift in sales in January.
Web Cartop gave an overall introduction to the Davanti brand to Japanese readers, detailing the testing benchmarks we use as a mark of our quality, safe products to help consumers make an informed choice when it comes to their next tyre purchase.
